The Strategies for Children Advocacy Network for Early Childhood provides an engaging, year-long experience for emerging advocacy leaders. This program connects and supports educator advocates across all regions of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts while building participants’ advocacy skills and providing hands-on experience. Advocates attend monthly meetings to develop their advocacy knowledge and skills, network with peers, and reach out to teach others in their local communities. Each cohort reflects the diversity of the early education and care field, encompassing various demographics, provider types, and geographical areas. Together, we aim to influence state and local policy to advance an equitable early childhood system for children, families, and educators.

Funding for this project is generously provided by Boston Children's Hospital—Collaboration for Community Health.
